Insalata – field greens with house made mozzarella in red wine vinaigrette and crostini topped with sundried tomato and olive tapenade
Oysters Crudo - variety of three on the half shell with mignonette sauce
Bresaola - with arugula, marinated mushrooms and shaved parmesan cheese 
Suppli al Telefono - mozzarella stuffed rice balls breaded and fried
Sausage – house made pork sausage with creamy polenta and braised greens
Chicken Livers – with Marsala wine, anchovy, sage and capers on bruschetta
Potatoes – fried yellow potatoes with rosemary and garlic and a fried egg
Polpettine – lamb meatballs in tomato sauce flavored with oregano and mint
Spicy Goat Cheese - marinated in spicy tomato sauce, served with bruschetta  
Calamari - sauteed with green onion, parsley, garlic and lemon, served with aioli and bruschetta
